I know that I have not posted in a while but just wanted to ask you to send your prayers and positive thoughts to a friend of mine and her husband. They live in Texas and her husband had a stroke yesterday. They got some good news yesterday but of course everything is still quite delicate.

If you could spare a thought for them, they have a little girl the same age as Alex :)
