Happy New Year and Bonne Année to all my friends and family. Wishing you all everything that you wish for yourself for this new decade.

Its been a while since I posted and lots has happened since my last post, Claire made her appearance on March 30th, 2009 and has been a great addition to our family. Definitely way more demanding than Alexandre but she is our happy baby always with a smile. Alex adores her and his greatest joy is making her laugh. She's made us not take for granted the precious of hours of sleep that we get at night but always has a smile for us when she wakes up.

My parents, sister and Gabriel came to visit us in May and June to see Claire , it was Gabriel's first time visiting France and he quickly learned the metro and how to get around Paris. We went to visit Normandy and the D day beaches with my parents and that also was a great trip.

Alexandre started pre-school in September and loves it, he's still as timid as ever but enjoys going every day. Its amazing to see the progress that he is making in his speech and other skills.

I no longer work on a Wednesday, instead I'm at home with Alex and Claire as Alex does not have school on a Wednesday, this a day that I enjoy, even though I pay dearly for it during the week.

Claire made her first trans Atlantic trip and Alex his fourth, both kids handled it like a pro ! Alex seems so at ease in the airplane and airport. We also got to see my friend Kimmy on our way through Houston both times and that was one of my favorite Christmas presents.

We celebrated Christmas under the sun and Alex improved his golf game with my dad :)

Alex and Claire were also baptized on January 01st, 2010 which was a very special day for all of us.

Time goes by so quickly and we are once again back in Nogent and getting ready to go back to reality until we go back to Trinidad in December. In between there will be lots to keep us busy and hopefully lots for me to catch you up on.
